1) Real Estate Legal Section

- Legal Opinion on Properties:
In order to render a legal opinion on a property, an analysis of the property’s title deed is made, along with its filing with the Cadaster Department and Public Registry, in order to determine whether or not the property has any liens or limitation on domain, and also, to find out if its duly recorded with the mentioned offices, in order to determine if such property is apt to be listed for sale and sold in due time. - Listings Opinions
- Regularization of Property with Cadaster and Public Registry:

Among other hypotheses, we prepare construction manifests, updating of filings with the Public Registry, such as liens, embargos or reserve of domain.

5) Advice on taxes:
We offer advice to our clients on all taxes to be paid at a transfer of ownership, such as ISR (Capital Gains Tax) for disposal, ISR for acquisition, ISABI. Likewise we offer advice on tax exemptions, and strategies to reduce them.
